Dear Metaversalists,
Well, we've survived 2023 — the year the bear market roared, AI exploded onto the scene, the bluebird flapped what might prove to be its final flaps, and "hot takes" were hotter than ever. But, guess what? There was still plenty to be proud of in Web3 this year if you knew where to look… and there’s lots to look forward to in 2024.
We should celebrate those individuals and communities who persevered through the turbulence. They’ve been essential in building the ongoing digital renaissance we’re seeing unfold. Web3 is powered by people, and there are so many talented creators, innovative builders, and passionate community makers who continue to take the space to new heights.
So, we want to wrap up this year with a digital party to celebrate, and you're invited! Join our Telegram video call tomorrow at 1 PM ET. We’ll be breaking down our conversation with Disco.xyz CEO Evin McMullen and discussing the future of our digital identities in the Metaverse. Afterwards, get ready for an awesome, nostalgia-focused Web3 game, offering you the chance to win a really cool NFT (I've seen people laugh for hours at it).
But before we dive into the final creative opportunities of the year, here’s a quick tech roundup (and I promise, it’s Figma-Adobe-Drama-Free):
